The follow on workshops are all around 4.5hrs and are interactive. They each include some pre-work and post workshop follow on work.

CONTINUED SUPPORT
FOLLOW UP ONE TO ONES, PLUS GROUP DISCUSSIONS
After the completion of the workshops there will be individual 1:1 sessions and followed up with 2 group discussions session (approx. every 4 to 6 weeks) where we will look at a case study to discuss potential approaches and outcomes. This will also be a great time to share experiences, discuss actual cases, build confidence and experience across the group.
During the 3 months of the Academy, we will also offer some opportunities to attendees who require a little more 1:1 time should they have a specific case they need support with, or to discuss some of their personal plans for developing their own business (this may need to be outside of normal working hours).
